Is there anyone who actually celebrates Earth day? Are more trees planted or highways cleared today than other days? Or is it more about awareness? Because I gotta say, I think there are few people who are both aware that it's Earth day and unaware of the Earth and it's environment. What I mean to say is isn't it something of an outdated holiday? Maybe twenty or even ten years ago when the environment wasn't on everybody's radar it was important, but now? I just don't see the point.

But maybe that's because I've never actually done anything for Earth day and I (gasp) don't care all that much about the environment.

In other news THE SHARKS WON! Which means that the boys in my family will be riding high for a good week, making my week that much more awesome. And, ok, maybe I'll be riding a little high too.
